potty-training-stickers Potty training – I hear those two little words and feel overwhelmed already. Where do I even begin planning to start potty training?

In our house, we’re entering that stage with our firstborn. The little guy is starting to show signs of being ready to start potty training and I’m doing my research to try to find the best method for us to use. I came across this great kit from Pampers that they will send to parents for free!

The kit includes:

- A free sample of Easy Up trainers

- Some great coupons

- Fun stickers and coloring pages

- Step-by-step potty training instructions (if this were the only thing in the kit, it would be worthwhile in my mind!)

- Potty Progress chart

- and a Dora or Diego Potty Training trophy

I love that this kit offers so many incentive and reward ideas – stickers, coloring pages, a trophy! I also like the idea of the Potty Progress chart so our little guy can keep track of his progress and we can, too.

This is a big step for any little one AND his or her parents. We can all use all the help we can get, right?

If your kids are like my kids, then Dora the Explorer is at the top of their list of favourite toys or television shows. Do not ignore this fact! Use their love of Dora to introduce them into the world of computers! It is what I’ve done and my toddlers can now surf their favourite children’s websites without any assistance. It’s going to be their world so why not give them a head start? Computers and internet is going to be a huge part of our children’s future.
