Kaboom Scrub Free is an easy to install system that will clean your toilet with every flush. It attaches out of site in the toilet and will keep your toilet clean, even under the rim, for up to 3 months without touching, scrubbing or changing a thing.
The item is free, however they charge $4.99 for shipping and handling. Not too much considering what it does for you. I know during my last pregnancy I had a horrible time with morning sickness and I was making too frequent trips to the bathroom, if you know what I mean. The last thing I wanted to do was scrub a toilet nor even think of it being unclean.
