May 1, 2010 is FREE Comic Book Day. What is free comic book day? The site tells us:
“”Free Comic Book Day is a single day – the first Saturday in May each year – when participating comic book shops across North America and around the world give away comic books absolutely FREE to anyone who comes into their stores.”"
The website has the list of books that will be given out that day. There is literally something for all ages! All you need to do is check back with the website to see when the sponsars are listed so you know who in your area will be participating in Free Comic Book Day. Mark you calendar now! Bring your kids and each will get a free comic book. Thrill your kids with Toys R Us, G.I. Joe, or the Archie Comics.
